About the challenge

The goal of this challenge is to reduce stockouts and waste while improving the in-store experience. The retailer wants to test how predictive tools can make day-to-day inventory decisions sharper and more responsive to real demand.

The pilot runs with a dedicated team from the retailer's innovation unit and gives selected startups access to anonymised sales data, a real store environment and hands-on support throughout.

What we're looking for

• A demand-forecasting or computer-vision solution relevant to physical retail.
• A working product — beyond concept stage — ready for a structured pilot.
• The ability to run a focused three-month pilot with the retailer's team.
• A team that can integrate with existing retail and inventory systems.
