Pier01 — The Ecosystem's Flagship

Plaça de Pau Vila 1 · Barceloneta

A former port warehouse built in 1890 , rehabilitated as office space during the 1992 Olympic transformation. Since 2016, Tech Barcelona's flagship HQ.

An unbeatable waterfront location between Barceloneta and the Gothic Quarter, hosting startups, corporates, investors and institutions side by side.

Pier03 — A Living Extension

Carrer Maria Cristina 9 · Porxos d'en Xifré

A historic building in the Porxos d'en Xifré , built between 1836 and 1840, turned into a transversal space hosting startups and large corporations. Three minutes from Pier01, facing the Llotja de Mar.

The building features a spectacular 2,500 m² green terrace , recognised by the European Union with a New Bauhaus award.

Pier07 — Life Sciences & AI Hub

Via Laietana 26 · Barcelona

A neutral building in the centre of Barcelona designed to foster innovation in health — one of the city's most mature sectors. Biotech, pharma, investors, hospital research centres and scientific parks meet to develop new solutions.

Since September 2025, also home to the BSC AI Factory — one of the first seven AI Factories of the European Union — making Pier07 a key node in Europe's AI strategy.
