With 60 years of history Girbau has cemented its position as one of the leading groups in the world in the manufacture of solutions for laundries, based on its own products and on a global market. Launched in September 2018 Girbau LAB is the Open Innovation Platform of Girbau to encourage innovation and transform the industrial laundry sector. This initiative responds to the growing need to add value to the laundry sector beyond the current one by working on disruptive opportunities: new knowledge, new business models or start-ups. Girbau LAB wants to be a mechanism to gain efficiency and competitiveness as a company, a mechanism that improves the business of Girbau customers through the differential value of innovation and, at the same time, creates an innovation ecosystem that allows them to be connected to knowledge , technology and talent, bringing Girbau's industrial background.
