Consumer Electronics (CE) is a fast moving industry, with a big influence on our daily life and value of 1 trillion dollar B2C. We consume products with a very different and personalized ways. Unfortunately the gap between the industry and the customers has been getting bigger. Retailers’ profitability has been under pressure for a long time because: primary focus on price and volume, lack of trust, a "jungle" of information, too many choices, irresponsible manufacturing, lack of genuine quality service, high retail employee turnover and a change of consumer behavior. There is a need of fundamental changes and disruption. Our main focus is the customer and the emphasis is on the long-term relationship with them – all based on a scalable platform. We aim to re-position the customer power, which will lead to a sustainable, satisfactory consumption. We onboard carefully tech enthusiast to our platform, educate and developed them with purpose of having them provide our users with an excellent tailor made service experience, based on listening and analyzing the needs. Simple and convenient functions of the app allow customers to take advantage of the platform such as: product guides, live chat, scanning features to keep track of products and save all warranties, cancel and activate subscription in own profile. Unique customer reviews and videos, show TechBuddies’ profiles, product support and unique environmental and fair work labels. Our vision and mission for the future is that customers demand a "TechBuddy" label on consumer electronic products. We label products through our expertise and consideration of the future.
